OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19
Update to Our Clients
First of all, we would like to say "Thank You" for being a valued client and a returning client. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, our greatest priority at The New You is supporting you. It is our goal to keep a sterile free environment while services are being rendered. Mask and gloves must always be worn. We cannot at this time accommodate 2 passenger transport. Only client, nurse and driver at one time. The staff will wait outside the surgery center for pick-up, your surgical nurse must call when you are in recovery. We are only allowing 2 visitors at a time while in our care and all person must comply with COVID-19 rules, social distancing (6ft.), mask, gloves and washing upon entering premises and leaving. Family and friend visiting must supply their own PPE equipment. We are well positioned to manage through this period without any disruption with private one-on-one care services. Our goal is our client’s health as usual., including our Customer Service, and we are continuing our travels effective June 1st, 2020.

Making a Deposit
You may make a payment directly by calling your designated customer service number above us and we accept all major credit cards, cash app, zelle, etc. All deposits are adjusted in billing. Deposits are non-refundable. Surgery date can change but we must be notified prior to confirm availability.

Mandatory COVID-19 Testing Requirement:
- Clients must produce Covid-19 results prior to receiving after care.
